This training is about so much more than just learning how to teach the physical asans- it's about living and discovering your "why" - the deeper purpose that drives you on and off the mat. Whether you aspire to teach yoga professionally or simply wish to enhance your understand and connection with the practice, this training is designed to meet you wherever you are on your yoga path.

VIRTUALLY/LIVE ON ZOOM

*every Thursday for 18-weeks from 7pm-10pm

(November 20, 2025-March 26, 2026 - no class on March Break)

PRE-RECORDED/SELF-PACED/KARMA CLASSES:

*pre-recorded content, class reflections, practice teaching, and course work

REQUIREMENTS:

To complete this training program, you will be required to:

-Attend both weekend training dates. Approved absences or sick days will need to be made up at the discretion of the lead instructors

-Attend all 18 zoom calls (or watch the recordings within the week)

-Watch pre-recorded content & classes

-Complete pre/post training homework assignments

-Complete practice teaching requirements/karma classes
