Registration is now open for the Art Gallery of Algoma's Summer Art Classes for children. These classes are perfect for budding artists to get creative and have fun as they explore different themes and make art projects that teach them about drawing, painting, sculpting, recycled art and mixed-media. Classes for children ages 5-9 are in the morning from 9:30 am to 12 pm, and classes for youth ages 10-14 are in the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. One week of classes is $150 for AGA members and $200 for the general public. Please note that classes during the week of August 5-8 will be a shortened week, priced at $120 for AGA Members and $160 for the general public. Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy: Payment is due with registration. You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 1 week prior to the class start date. Cancellations made less than 1 week before the class start date are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. Registration is now open for the Art Gallery of Algoma's Summer Art Classes for children. These classes are perfect for budding artists to get creative and have fun as they explore different themes and make art projects that teach them about drawing, painting, sculpting, recycled art and mixed-media. Classes for children ages 5-9 are in the morning from 9:30 am to 12 pm, and classes for youth ages 10-14 are in the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. One week of classes is $150 for AGA members and $200 for the general public. Please note that classes during the week of August 5-8 will be a shortened week, priced at $120 for AGA Members and $160 for the general public. Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy: Payment is due with registration. You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 1 week prior to the class start date. Looking for an inspired way to spend an afternoon?Join us Friday, August 28th from 2 pm to 4 pm, at Ojibway Park (2628 Highway 17B, Garden River, ON), where we'll be hosting an afternoon of creative crafting and prototyping, using words, images and ideas collected so far through our Social Fabric Project. What might we make together, working with textiles and visual arts, and combining other community arts forms like puppetry and theatre? Join us to take part and find out!
